From the procmailex(5) man page:

The same as above, but, if the `94-01' directory wouldn't have existed, it is created automatically
This is just as bad as (or even worse than) using conditional + conditional 1 . It should be, "if the '94-01' directory doesn't exist, it is created automatically."

1 e.g., "If I would have known I'd be up sneezing all night, I would have taken a Walitin (see the next post) before sleeping" is wrong, "If I had known I would be up sleeping all night, I would have taken a Walitin before sleeping" is right. Don't get confused by the mixing in of the past tense.
